Free Delivery Eligibility

Orders totalling £100 and above are eligible for free delivery, EXCEPT if your delivery address is located in Northern Ireland, the Highlands or Overseas, and/or if the delivery postcode begins with the following: AB, DD, DG, FK, IV, KA, KY, PA, PH, TD, ZE, EIR2 (REP. OF IRELAND), EIR1 (DUBLIN CITY), BT (NORTHERN IRELAND), GE, IOM, IOW, PO, JE. Learn more.

Pallet Delivery

For deliveries arriving by pallet, couriers can guarantee curbside delivery only – customers are responsible for transporting items from curbside to their property.

Collection

Collection is free of charge - our opening hours for collection are Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm. Please contact us beforehand to arrange.

Delivery Time
+

Although we aim for 3-5 working days, please allow up to 7 working days during busier periods.

Missed Delivery
+

You should have received a shipping email when your item(s) were first dispatched - this email will have details of the courier for your order. We recommend that you contact the courier to request a redelivery.

If you've done this without success, or haven't recieved a shipping email, please get in touch with us.

Late Delivery

If you have received a tracking/consignment number from the courier, please contact the courier to request tracking information for your item(s). Alternatively, most couriers provide a tracking service online.

Damaged Goods

Please contact us as soon as possible. On some parcels, the tape will provide you with further guidance, terms and instructions on this. You will also need to sign for the goods as "damaged" with the courier, otherwise we cannot accept your claim.

Refund & Exchange

You have 28 days from the date of delivery to submit a refund or an exchange. Please note that if we deem that the product is in working order, there will be a charge for collection and no refund on the initial shipping charge. Please note that we cannot accept any items for return that are not in their original packaging. Any damaged items will incur a cost to be repaired or restored back to their original state, unless we deem them to be faulty. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please ensure the goods are signed as damaged with the courier, otherwise we cannot accept your claim.
